Assemble together with stringy vermicelli noodles, our housemade pickled daikon and carrots, fresh herbs and a generous pour of our housemade nuoc cham sauce (salty, sweet and spicy). Diabetic-friendly Monk fruit sweeteners are used for added flavour.
