Getting Started

How does it work?

In a nutshell, we have short cut the cooking process for you - you pick which recipe(s) to cook and we’ll pack, portion and deliver ingredients to you in our signature Freshable box. 

Simply browse our recipes, order your meal kits, and select a delivery date. We now offer next day delivery options so you can receive your meal kits a day after placing your order!

Once you receive your meal kit, unbox and refrigerate ingredients as needed. Cooking the meal kit is effortless, simply follow the recipe card that’s enclosed.

Meal Kits & Recipes

Where do your ingredients come from?

We source our ingredients from local farms and trusted household brands from around the world. 

What about food allergies and diets due to health conditions?

We do offer recipes that are adjusted to certain allergens and diets, but not all. Our current menu provides alternatives that are free of gluten and refined sugars, as well as recipes that are low carb, keto, vegetarian, vegan, heart smart and diabetic-friendly. We list all ingredients and allergens in our recipes. 

Please note however that all our recipes and ingredients go through the same facility and production process. Even though we continuously do our very best to avoid any cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee against it. Additionally, as we work with produce that can easily change in supply and demand, we sometimes need to replace ingredients at the last minute. In regards to these changes, we reach out to you beforehand by email.

How is the meal kit packed?

They’re hand-packed by our team – ingredients are delivered fresh by local growers and suppliers, our team will quality check and start assembling each meal kit. We use spill-proof vacuum-sealed pouches for sauces and liquids, meats and chilled items are packed in insulated bags with ice packs to keep cool. The ingredients are carefully packed into our signature meal kit box.

Can I swap ingredients due to allergies or personal preferences?

Yes you may – choices for swaps vary from recipe to recipe, and are listed on each recipe’s order page.

Can I add ingredients?

Yes you may – there are add-on options, and these vary from recipe to recipe.

Are the recipes pork-free?

Yes, all our recipes are pork-free and alcohol-free.

What’s the portioning like?

Our meal kits are packed for 2 people or 4 people. And since half our team is Aussie, know that we follow generous Aussie portioning. 

Will there be new recipes?

Yes, every week! Our in-house nutritionist, Cecily, is constantly crafting new recipes, sauces and spice blends to inspire your cooking! 

Where can I share feedback on recipes / meal kits after I’ve tried?

We would love your feedback - be it positive or constructive feedback. You can share your comments in a few ways - 1) the feedback form that will be sent via email a few days after delivery of your meal kits; 2) share your review here; 3) DM us on Instagram.

Delivery

Which suburbs are you delivering to?

We deliver throughout the Klang Valley.

What about delivering to suburbs not in your current delivery list?

Do let us know which suburb you’d like us to add to our delivery routes, and we will take them into account when we are ready to expand our delivery reach. To retain freshness of our meal kits, we are not able to deliver interstate or overseas.

Do you deliver the meal kits or do I need to arrange pick-up/collection?

We’ll deliver to your door, don’t worry! We’re here to make home cooking easy for you. Click here to order.

What’s the delivery period?

We now offer next-day delivery as an option for those who need their orders urgently. We also provide the option for customers to pick up their orders, which can deduct RM3 from the total order. We can deliver as soon as the next day from your order date but customers have the option to choose a later date at their convenience. However, as we source directly from farms and suppliers, our fulfilment is based on stock availability. Should there be any delays, we will notify you directly.

How long can the meal kit be left outside for?

We wouldn’t recommend leaving the meal kits out for more than 2 hours. Chilled items like meats, poultry, seafood and dairy are packed in insulated bags with ice packs should you not be able to unpack your meal kits as soon as they are delivered, but we suggest that chilled items be refrigerated within 2 hours of delivery.

What are the delivery costs?

At the moment, there is a RM12 delivery fee to selected areas. Enjoy complimentary delivery when you spend RM150 or more in a single receipt.

What is the new delivery schedule?

Here's how our next-day delivery schedule works; If you place an order before 12pm, you'll receive it the next day between 12pm and 3pm. If you order after 12pm, you'll receive it the next day between 5pm and 8pm (cut off time for orders is 5pm). This delivery schedule applies from Tuesday to Saturday. Please note that deliveries are not available on Sunday between 5pm and 8pm, or on Monday between 12pm and 3pm.

Our new delivery schedule will be as follows:

  1. Monday delivery time slot: 12-3pm & 5-8pm / Cut off time (Slot 2: 5pm)
  2. Tuesday delivery time slot: 12-3pm & 5-8pm / Cut off time (Slot 1: 12pm)(Slot 2: 5pm)
  3. Wednesday delivery time slot: 12-3pm & 5-8pm / Cut off time (Slot 1: 12pm)(Slot 2:5pm)
  4. Thursday delivery time slot: 12-3pm & 5-8pm / Cut off time (Slot 1: 12pm)(Slot 2:5pm)
  5. Friday delivery time slot: 12-3pm & 5-8pm / Cut off time (Slot 1: 12pm)(Slot 2:5pm)
  6. Saturday delivery time slot: 12-3pm & 5-8pm / Cut off time (Slot 1: 12pm)(Slot 2:5pm)
  7. Sunday delivery time slot: 12-3pm / Cut off time (Slot 1: 12pm)

#Self pick up - Same slots and there will be a discount of RM3!

We offer next-day delivery and two convenient delivery time slots to choose from; 12-3pm and 5-8pm.

Additionally, to ensure that your meal kit arrives fresh and tasty, we have cut-off times of 12pm and 5pm respectively. You'll get your meal kit delivered straight to your doorstep the very next day.

Will there be any changes to self pick-up?

You can choose the same time slots as the delivery schedule for self pick-up and you'll receive a discount of RM3 off your order. This is our way of thanking our customers for choosing to pick up their orders themselves to reduce our carbon footprint by minimising delivery trips. Please note that this discount will only apply to customers who select the self pick up option during the checkout process. The discount will be automatically applied to the order total.

When will the new delivery schedule take effect?
The new delivery schedule will start from the 8th of May 2023 onwards.

Payments & Billings

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, online bank transfer, and PayPal. We do not accommodate cash on delivery.

How long do refunds take to process?
